Let’s get that fixed up. 

First things first, double-check that you’re connected to wifi, rather than using mobile data. If you are already connected, turn your wifi on and off to see if that fixes the problem. If not, you’ll find detailed instructions below.

If you’re using the app:

  1. Confirm you’re using the latest app version
  2. Log out of the app version you’re currently using, delete it from your phone completely, then download the latest version from the app store.
  3. Confirm you have the latest operating software on your phone. Older software versions can cause compatibility issues that can affect streaming quality.

If you’re using the website:

  1. Clear your browser cache: You will typically find controls to clear cached images and files in the “history” or “clear browsing data” sections of the browser settings menu.
  2. Update your browser version: Older browser versions may have settings or other compatibility issues that prevent you from streaming video or audio content.
