Here are a few easy ways to get the most out of MOVE:

Recommended workouts to meet you where you're at

To make sure you’re getting the best experience possible, head to your profile and select your preferences under 'Exercise Settings'. This will allow us to can tailor your workout recommendations and curate the best picks for you. 

Notifications

You can also set notifications to 'on' so that we can share tips and reminders with you. We recommend having these on so that you don’t miss anything.

Recording your mood

Once you complete a workout,  you’ll be asked to record your mood and how you feel after the workout. This helps the app get to know you better so that we can continue recommending videos that are perfect for you. 

Mamamia Subscription

As a MOVE subscriber, you can also access all of Mamamia’s exclusive podcasts, stories and discounts.
