If your workouts aren't loading or playing properly, start by checking you're on wifi. If you are, try toggling it off and back on.
If you're using the app:
Check your app is up to date.
Log out, close the app completely, and log back in.
If that doesn't help, delete the app, restart your phone, and reinstall it.
Make sure your phone has the latest operating system installed.
If you're on the web:
Close your browser and reopen it.
Clear your browser cache — you'll find this in the history or settings menu of your browser.
Try a different browser.
Make sure your browser is up to date.
