Finding the right workoutUpdated 2 years ago

There are a few ways to navigate MOVE, depending on what you are looking for and how you feel.

Workout types

Knowing where to start with exercise can be a little overwhelming. We get it. That’s why MOVE includes a range of curated exercises across four categories: cardio, yoga, pilates and strength.

Collections

We’ve created playlists of workouts curated around specific needs to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Our collections are based around physical changes (pregnancy, postpartum and peri), physical needs (desk worker and get me sweaty), mental needs (make me calm) and ability levels (absolute beginner and no jumping).

Trainers

We’ve curated trainers who also believe in MOVE’s mission - to move to feel good. You can find out more about each trainer and see all of their workouts on their profile page.

Filters

If you’d like to search by filter, click on the filter icon in the top right-hand corner. You can filter by Workout Type, Duration and/or Intensity so we can find the perfect workout for you.

Recommended by us

You will find the following headings on your homepage, with workouts selected just for you.

  • Recents: Workouts you’ve completed recently.
  • Recommended: Specially selected to help you feel great.
  • Workouts you enjoyed: These are the workouts that made you feel better.
  • Try something new: Workouts you haven’t tried yet, but we think you’ll love.
  • Popular: The workouts other users are enjoying.

Use your favourites

If you enjoy a workout, click the heart icon on the top right corner of the workout video page to add it to your favourites.

All of the workouts you add will be saved under your Favourites (either at the bottom of your screen on mobile or in the top right-hand corner on desktop) so you can access them anytime.

If you’d like to remove a workout from your favourites, simply click the red heart until it’s white again.
