Who is MOVE for?Updated a year ago

MOVE is an exercise app for any body, anywhere. Our videos are designed to meet you where you’re at, in your space, at your pace. 

What if I’m a beginner?

MOVE is completely beginner-friendly. It was created with all experience levels in mind, so even if you’re completely new to exercise, you’ll find the right movement for you. 

Our trainers have included modifications so you won’t be limited to certain workouts, and there’s even an entire collection of workouts that has been curated for beginners like yourself.

What if I’m pregnant?

We have curated videos that are more suitable for you during this stage of your life. We have jump-free options and some of the people within the workouts are even sporting super cute baby bumps of their own. Just be sure to check the workout description to make sure it is pregnancy-appropriate. 

As an added precaution, be sure to mention your workout plans to your doctor before you start.

What if I’m perimenopausal?

We’ve created a whole collection of peri-appropriate exercises, including a range of intensities and experience so you’ll be able to find something suitable to help you MOVE.

What if I’m post-natal?

We have curated a whole collection of workouts that suit you during this stage. Check out the workout description for specific post-natal appropriate options and consider following the alternative exercise options specified by your trainer during your workouts to best fit your needs.

If you are breastfeeding, we advise that you mention your workout plans to your doctor before you begin. 

What if I’m recovering from an injury?

If your medical professional has cleared you for exercise, then MOVE is definitely for you. You’ll find modifications and helpful workouts that are beneficial to you, to help you get back into moving.
