Experiencing loading issues? Here are some recommendations from our team to help.

If you're using the app:

1.  Check if your phone has the most recent software version installed.
2. Log out, entirely shut down the app, and log back in.
3. If the above steps still don't work, try deleting the app, restarting your phone, and reinstalling it.

If you're on the web:

1. Close the browser and try opening a new one.
2. Log out from the website and clear caches.
3. Try using a different browser and see if it works.
