Progress is a funny thing in the fitness world. Challenges, summer bods and PBs aren’t for us. Within MOVE by Mamamia progress is feeling great after moving your body.
We will never:
- Track calories
- Ask for progress photos
- Have weight check-ins
- Promote diet restrictions
Instead, we will:
- Ask and track how you feel
- Celebrate the days you MOVE
- Share stats that make you proud, such as workouts completed and time spent moving
- Curate workout recommendations that are best suited to you and how you like to MOVE
