Does MOVE track progress?Updated a year ago

Progress is a funny thing in the fitness world. Challenges, summer bods and PBs aren’t for us. Within MOVE by Mamamia progress is feeling great after moving your body. 

We will never: 

  • Track calories
  • Ask for progress photos
  • Have weight check-ins
  • Promote diet restrictions

Instead, we will: 

  • Ask and track how you feel
  • Celebrate the days you MOVE
  • Share stats that make you proud, such as workouts completed and time spent moving
  • Curate workout recommendations that are best suited to you and how you like to MOVE
